Available soon: Black Garlic Gouda

The world's first-ever Black Garlic Gouda, aptly named "Black Gold", has been born! Invented by Dr. Patrick Lloyd of Pennsville, NJ, and in collaboration with God's Country Creamery in Ulysses, PA, it features Obis One organic black garlic and highest quality natural milk from pastured cows.

The rinds of each 22 pound wheel will be hand rubbed with combination of Obis One ground black garlic and vegetable ash, further deepening its unique flavor and health attributes, then will be cave aged for a minimum of 60 days.

Pre-orders will be accepted at  beginning April 15 with expected delivery to begin mid-June.
